Pennsylvania Department of Education will evaluate application based on the PA Certification Program Guidelines. Submit the following materials with application.
- Official transcripts to verify
- Bachelor’s degree conferral
- 3.0 GPA
- Program completion and required coursework for certification
- Copy of current valid state certificate comparable to PA certificate sought
- Proof of completion of educator preparation using this form
- Required content area and basic skills test scores reported to PDE directly from administrator
