The Records Office maintains the academic records of  past, current and future students. Services provided by this office include

  • Preserving student academic records and releasing transcripts
  • Verifying student status
  • Confirming graduation
  • Issuing diplomas
  • Helping students explore, register for, and adjust their classes
  • Highlighting important dates and deadlines
  • Protecting students’ privacy through FERPA
  • Assisting faculty and staff with classroom scheduling

Location

The office is located on the first floor of the Wittenberg Collegiate Center in the Academics Services area, Room 116.  Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
