Those holding licenses from another state, have completed an educator preparation program and have met the issuing state’s qualifying test scores to receive certification, submit the following.
- Official Transcript(s)
- Copy of Out-of-State Professional Certificate
- Verification of Test Scores
- Initial Application for Certification
- Cover Letter (including name, mailing address, last 4 digits of social security number, date of birth, personal email address, and the area of certification sought)
