Arizona may issue a comparable teaching certificate/endorsement to an applicant who holds a valid, comparable certificate in another state and is in good standing in that other state.
To apply, submit the following for certification reciprocity.
- Application for Certification (see Educator Portal link above)
- A photocopy of the valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) card.
- A photocopy of the valid, comparable out-of-state educator certificate.
- Official transcripts
