The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) is celebrating its 10th season as an NCAA Division III conference. As part of that celebration, the conference introduced its All-Decade Teams, filled with the best players from across the conference in each sport.

This fall, the following five MLC athletes received that honor in their respective sports:
