Most meetings held on campus now have a need for a screen to show agendas, supporting documents, etc. We have several meeting spaces in the library, but only a few of them have projection equipment or screens. Having rolling screens available for use would allow us the flexibility to put the screens in various rooms when they are needed for faculty/staff meetings or for students working on group projects. This request is for two TV screens and two rolling carts to hold the screens securely.
