Master Record Summary: Minnesota Licensure Requirements (Applicants living outside of Minnesota and have not taught in Minnesota during the past five years)
Clock Hour Approval Forms must be submitted with one of the following types of clock hour verification:
- Grade card
- Clock hour certificate
- Letter
- Transcript
Note: One semester credit=24 clock hours
