Direct Support Professional for Youths

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated person to join our team. As a DSP for Youths, you will play a crucial role in supporting kids with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives by providing companionship with daily living and accompanying to community events.

Starting wage of up to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and placement, with a raise and bonus available in first 60 days of employment.

Applicant must be able to drive and have their own vehicle for transportation and be willing to transport clients to local events for community inclusion. Qualifications

• Strong caregiving skills
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Basic knowledge of first aid and patient observation
• Experience in with children with special needs
• Willingness to learn and adapt in home and community care settings
• Ability to drive and own vehicle for transportation

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week up to full-time for summer months
