Human Resources Student Worker (2025-2026)

Description:  Provides office support for the Human Resources & Safety Department. Duties include, but are not limited to, reasonable administrative assistance with office, clerical, and general-related activities such as filing, recordkeeping, correspondence, inventory, safety auditing, assisting workers with timesheet corrections, database work, and website work. The worker may also perform other job-related duties and functions as assigned and appropriate.

Minimum age for employment:  Individual must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Employment dates:  ASAP to May 15, 2026  (Academic year 2025-2026)

Working hours and days:  Generally Monday through Friday, available to work hours between 8 am and 2 pm, generally 5-12 hours per week.

Regular or Occasional: Regular or Occasional, depending on student availability
Student Life policies state: student employees may only have one regular job and may not work more than 19 hours per week.
Salary:  Tier 4 —  $13.13 per hour
Benefits: Student workers are not benefit-eligible, but receive campus and community benefits through their status as students.
