Student Receptionist (2026-2027)

Job Description: The student receptionist creates a positive first impression for the campus whether greeting people in person, email correspondence, or speaking on the phone. The person in this position handles general inquiries, transfers phone calls to the appropriate party, and assists those visiting the reception desk with their questions or requests.
Employment start/stop dates: August 24, 2026 – May 21, 2027

Working hours and days: Scheduled and short notice fill-in hours, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., with additional opportunities during student breaks and the summer.
Minimum age for employment: Individual must be at least 16 years of age.

Salary: Tier 2 — $12.41
Benefits: Student workers are not benefit-eligible, but receive campus and community benefits through their status as students.
