Education from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1996, his Educational Specialist degree from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2014 and his Doctor of Education degree in Administrative Leadership from Concordia in 2017. He has served as a high school administrator for more than 20 years in Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin. He was a board member for the Minnesota Nonpublic Accreditation Association for six years and continues to serve as an accreditation team leader. Tim serves as a member of the New Ulm Community Education Advisory Council, is one of the founders for ALHS Online (an organization that offers online courses to high school students), and most recently has become a member of the Minnesota Department of Education Nonpublic Education Council.
Tim currently serves as principal of Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School in New Ulm, Minnesota.
