Our April Challenge involves your eating habits- especially in the evening. It’s so easy to eat too fast, eat when you’re not even hungry, or binge eat in the evening. Our April Challenge is really simple- set a realistic time for yourself in the evening, maybe it’s 6pm, 7pm or 8pm and use that as your cutoff time for eating. Don’t eat after that time! You pick the time that works best for you and your schedule. To learn more, check out these articles on eating habits. Of course you should consult your doctor for personal nutritional questions/concerns.  Please email me on May 1 if you complete this late-night-no-eating challenge!
