Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities.
Provide a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
Maintain daily communication with families regarding children’s progress and needs.
Ensure compliance with MN DHS licensing regulations and center policies.
Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications
Must meet Minnesota DHS Teacher qualifications for a licensed child care center (education and experience requirements apply).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for working with young children.
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to pass background study requirements.
