Blethen Berens, a full-service law firm, is looking for a part-time office assistant/cleaner for approximately 7 to 10 hours per week.
Office assistant duties are as follows:
- Filing
- Reorganizing closed files (must have the ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally)
- Light cleaning and organizing of breakroom daily
- Run errands for office. A valid driver’s license and car is required
- Other duties as needed
- Hours for this work is approximately 3 pm to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
Cleaning duties are as follows:
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning breakroom
- Cleaning restrooms
- Light dusting
- Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
- Other duties as requested
- The schedule for cleaning is flexible. It takes approximately 2 hours per cleaning and needs to be done two times per week. Cleaning can be completed anytime after 4 pm Monday thru Friday, and anytime on the weekends.
