Guest Services Representative

If you love making people feel welcome, we’d love to meet you! Our Guest Services Representatives (GSR) serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations.

GSR responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. We are more than a place to stay – we’re a place where guests feel welcome and our valued team members make that happen! If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus, but not necessary.

Ultimately, you will create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. You are the first smile they see and the last memory they take with them.
