Production Worker at 3M for Summer 2025

3M New Ulm is hiring full-time production workers for summer 2025!

As a Production Worker you will :
Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures.
Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures.
Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged.
Accurately record production data.
The ideal candidate will be:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be comfortable with standing/working on a production line.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous assembly/warehouse experience is a plus.
Proof of GED or High School education.
This is a Contract opportunity.

Schedule:
First and Second rotational shift.
Third Shift.
Location: New Ulm, MN
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $21-$22.50 Per hour.
