Title: Part-Time Barista
Want a fast-paced, fun, energetic work environment? We want YOU! Looking for enthusiastic individuals to join The Coffee Keller, Downtown New Ulm. Must love being creative and working with a team of awesome co-workers!
Duties will include greeting customers, making crafted coffee and espresso beverages, food prep, surface & deep cleaning, operate a Square POS system, opening and/or closing procedures depending on shift.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Display exceptional communication skills with customers.
Passion for creativity and crafted beverages.
Must be willing to work with a team.
Ability to THRIVE in fast-moving environment.
Excellent time-management skills.
No previous barista experience required, but willingness to learn.
Availability
Since this is a new business, scheduling will depend on staff personnel that is hired.
Typical shifts:           Weekdays
7:30am – 11:00am
11:00am – 3:30pm
Saturday
8:00am – 1:00pm
*Willing to flex shifts for the right candidate
Pay: Hourly wadge + tips.

Business Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 3:00pm
Sat: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Sun: Closed
