ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS
In order of preference: PDF (saved at Press Quality), TIF, EPS, INDD, AI, PSD
Certain file formats are better for certain jobs. If you are uncertain, please ask.
LINKED IMAGES AND FONTS
Please include or embed all linked images and outline (which is preferred) or include all fonts
Please use the Package command in InDesign to submit files
COLOR AND PROFILES
Please work in CMYK for color jobs.
OVERALL SIZE AND BLEED
All files should be set up to correct final size.
Bleed should be included and varies by product. In general 1/8” bleeds are our minimum on print projects
IMAGE RESOLUTION
The following are recommended Resolutions in Dots Per Inch (DPI) for a final size:
Banners – no less than 75 dpi and no more than 150 dpi
All other print files – no less than 150 dpi and no more than 300 dpi
