This endowment fund was established in 2018 by the members of Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London, Wisconsin, in celebration of the congregation’s 125th anniversary (1893-2018). The congregation is grateful for the many called workers who have faithfully shared the gospel with them through the decades, and they would like to support and encourage their own sons and daughters who are pursuing vocations in the public ministry at Martin Luther College.
Income from this fund will be designated as grants to MLC students who are members of Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London, Wisconsin. One grant per year will be awarded. If more than one student from Emanuel is enrolled at MLC, the grant will be awarded to the student with the most financial need.
