The public is invited to the culminating performance at 3:00 pm when the festival participants will play alongside the MLC Wind Symphony.
About the event:
Martin Luther College Junior Knights Band Festival offers 4th – 8th grade instrumentalists the opportunity to:
- Improve their instrument technique through individual instrument sectionals and instrument family masterclasses
- Develop greater rehearsal and ensemble skills
- Play with other elementary students in a large-group rehearsal setting
- Perform alongside our MLC students and instrumental music majors
