Witt Scholarship
for students enrolled in the CDA Prep Series
James and Peggy Witt have generously provided a scholarship for qualifying students enrolled in the Martin Luther College CDA Prep Series. The scholarship provides financial awards toward the tuition of the third one-credit course in the series of three.
To qualify, candidates must . . .
- be enrolled in the CDA Prep Series,
- have successfully completed CDA Prep courses 1 and 2.
- be enrolled in course 3 of the CDA Prep Series.
The scholarship is automatically applied to the tuition accounts of qualifying candidates. There is no need to apply for it. The scholarship is equally distributed among all qualifying candidates about one week before the course begins.
The amount of the scholarship available to candidates varies each semester based on current market value of the fund and the number of people who qualify. The maximum amount of the scholarship is equal to the cost of the course tuition.
Course tuition is due the first day of the course. Students may either pay in full and receive a refund equal to the scholarship award, or pay the remaining balance once the award is distributed.
