DESCRIPTION
This module presents the topic of confidentiality. The ethical guidelines of confidentiality and the role confidentiality plays in maintaining an environment of trust will be discussed.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Understand ethical guidelines about confidentiality and ways to protect information.
  • Foster an environment of trust and professionalism through keeping confidentiality.
  • Communicate with fellow staff while maintaining confidentiality.
