MLC Lyceum – The Divers

The Joint Reformation Service of the Minnesota River Conference will be held Sunday, October 29, at 3:00 pm in Chapel of the Christ at Martin Luther College. Minnesota District President Rev. Charles Degner will preach on the theme, “For Love of the Truth.” A reception will be held in the MLC gymnasium following the service.

Please join the Martin Luther College Wind Symphony for their fall concert entitled “Suite Music Among Friends” on Sunday, November 19, at 3:00 pm in the MLC Auditorium. Repertoire includes William Byrd Suite and Godzilla Eats Las Vegas! Student conductors who are music majors at MLC will conduct the Wind Symphony as part of their coursework in advanced conducting. Please join us for an afternoon of wonderful wind band music. The concert is free and open to the public.

Christmas Concerts
Martin Luther College’s highly anticipated Christmas Concert will be presented Saturday, December 2, at 7:30 pm and Sunday, December 3, at 4:00 pm. Join us as we open the Advent season with a musical celebration of Jesus’ birth. Four choirs, Wind Symphony, and Handbell Choir will proclaim the good news of salvation in two identical concerts. The MLC Forum presents this year's Readers' Theatre, The Six Shooter, Friday and Saturday, December 8-9, at 7:30 pm, and Sunday, December 10, at 2:00 pm. The Six Shooter was a weekly old-time radio program in the United States. In the radio drama James Stewart starred as Britt Ponset, a drifting cowboy in the final years of the Wild West.
