Student Recital
Elsie Koutia, Emily Schmidt, Tara Winecke, and Rachel Winter will be performing a concerto recital at 6:30 PM on Saturday, May 5 in the Chapel of the Christ. These four students are juniors and seniors in the Instrumental Music program. Each performer will present a full concerto on her primary instrument, including flute, oboe, and French horn. Works include pieces by Telemann, Mozart, and Blauth.

Organ Presentation – Effective Service Playing

September 30, 3:00 pm (Auditorium) The Martin Luther College Wind Symphony will kick off their concert season on Sunday, September 30, at 3:00 pm in the MLC Auditorium. Featured works on this program include Kirkpatrick Fanfare by Andrew Boysen, a transcription of Claude Debussy’s The Girl with the Flaxen Hair, The Foshay Tower/Washington Memorial March by John Philip Sousa, and American Folk Rhapsody No. 1 by Clare Grundman. Mini Choir Tour
The Martin Luther College Choir will be conducting a fall weekend tour October 26-28, 2018, under the theme “I Will Sing God's Praises.” Directed by Prof. Adrian Smith, the choir will explore the music of believers from different countries and different musical backgrounds, all of whom sing God's praises and share his plan of salvation in the name of Jesus.
