Burnout is real. It can affect any person in any organization. We’ll explore the definition and history that defines our understanding of burnout, discuss recent research findings, and start to plan a new, burnout-busting path forward. As servant leaders, what changes can we make in our churches, schools, and other organizations to help prevent burnout in those who work, volunteer, or minister there?
