Child Care

Little Rascals Learning Center is looking for a fun, organized, energetic person to join our family! Previous childcare experience and/or college degree is preferred, but not required! You must have or be willing to complete CPR and First Aid training as well as SUIDS and AHT. There will be yearly continuing education. You will be offered PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Teaching: You will use a variety of teaching methods to help create and implement activities.

Supervision: Childcare teachers directly supervise children at all times

Cleanliness: Childcare teachers maintain a safe and clean classroom that meets health and safety standards. Childcare teachers help children maintain good hygiene.

Activities: Childcare teachers plan and organize activities for children, such as games and recreational activities.

Schedules: Childcare teachers develop schedules and routines to ensure children get enough rest, physical activity, and playtime.

Behavior: Childcare teachers identify behavioral problems and determine the appropriate course of action.

Child development: Childcare teachers demonstrate knowledge of child development and use up-to-date education methods.

Collaboration: Childcare teachers collaborate with other colleagues.
