If you have forgotten your password for Portal, Moodle, or your MLC Google Apps account (webmail), you have a couple of options.
- If you are on campus, bring your Student ID to Network Services in the WCC and ask for a password reset.
- If you are off campus, submit a support request using your MLC email address. We will be able to reset your password most easily this way.
- If you are off campus, call our office at (507) 233-9100 and ask for a password reset. You will be asked to identify yourself by answering some questions.
In all cases, a temporary password will be assigned to your account which will require you to log in and change your password immediately.
