Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password for Portal, Moodle, or your MLC Google Apps account (webmail), you have a couple of options.

  1. If you have access to your MLC email account, you can now reset your password online!
  2. If you are on campus, bring your Student ID to Network Services in the WCC and ask for a password reset.
  3. If you are off campus and do not have access to your MLC email account, submit a support request using a valid email address and include your name (and username if you know it). We will be able to reset your password most easily this way.
  4. If you are off campus, do not have access to your MLC email account, and do not have a valid email address, call our office at (507) 233-9100 and ask for a password reset. You will be asked to identify yourself by answering some questions.

In all cases (but the first), a temporary password will be assigned to your account which will require you to log in and change your password immediately.
