Disability Access

The MLC Library is committed to providing access to their collections, resources, and services to all library users, including people with physical and learning disabilities.


The nearest parking lot to the library is located on the South side of the building. Enter through the Center Street entrance, follow the service road to the left, turn right into the marked visitors lot. Sidewalks to the library are wheelchair accessible.

Building Entrance

The Library entrance is located at ground level on the South side of the building, automatic door buttons are provided for your use. There are two sets of doors to go through, both are timed and automated to work together.


The elevator is located on the entrance level, on the right, of the entrance doors. It provides handicap access to the upper and lower levels of the library. Please note, the elevator is programmed not to open on the entry level, when exiting the building. When leaving the library, please ask for assistance at Circulation.


Restrooms are located on both levels of the library and are handicapped accessible.
