Exercise Classes


Zumba is a dynamic dance based class set to upbeat current music. Easy to follow dance steps make this a fun workout and time will fly. Edili is back teaching Zumba on Thursdays at 8 PM.


Need to work on flexibility, build core strength, rehab an injury or increase your range of motion? This class is for you! Participants will be led through carefully structured series of stretches and moves to build stronger muscles and bones and increase flexibility. Class is for all fitness levels.
Class will be held Wednesdays at 4:45 PM in WCC 266 beginning October 23 - November 20. Bring mat or towel to sit on.
