We are so glad you have decided to use Martin Luther College’s facilities and services for your next event. Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Make your reservation as soon as you know a space is needed as rooms book quickly. During the school year, Martin Luther College students, faculty and staff take precedence.
- Requests made after 4:00 pm on Friday will not be considered until 8:00 am on the next business day.
- Your reservation is tentative until we receive a signed contract.
To register your event, please do the following:
- Fill out the Reserve Space request form below and submit it.
- A campus representative will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
- If you have any further questions about your reservation or have not heard back from us, please contact our Event Coordinator.
