SUMMARY:Opening Service
DESCRIPTION:MLC opens the school year with worship on Monday\, August 22\, at 10:15 am in the Chapel of the Christ. MLC President Mark Zarling is the presiding minister\, with Rev. Nathan Strobel\, Vice President for Student Life at Wisconsin Lutheran College\, preaching. Ordained and installed during the service will be Nathan Wordell\, an assigned graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary\, who will serve MLC as tutor and instructor. Also installed will be Rev. David Scharf – professor of theology\, Craig Hirschmann – professor of music\, Greg Holzhueter – professor of physical education\, Julius Buelow – Hebrew instructor\, and Elizabeth Klugherz – Early Childhood Learning Center director.
