The ETC Program consists of a required core course and a pool of elective courses.

Core course allows students and instructors to ensure that certain technological competencies have been met as well as providing the participant a solid overview of the scope of technology in education. Emphasis will be placed on the effective use of technology in the classroom, including classroom philosophies, seamless integration of technology into teaching, current educational technology trends, and the place and use of online instruction and courses in education.
