Project Summary
As a part of our “Teaching Reading” curriculum, we instruct our students how to teach using chapter books. To help keep costs to a minimum, this project would use multiple copies of a book (Because of Winn-Dixie) for a number of years. This project would allow our students to learn various techniques for teaching similar books as well as techniques for assessing student learning through reader-response activities.
