Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password for Portal, Moodle, or your MLC Google Apps account (webmail), you have a couple of options.

  1. If you are on campus, bring your Student ID to Network Services in the WCC and ask for a password reset.
  2. If you are off campus, submit a support request using your MLC email address. We will be able to reset your password most easily this way.
  3. If you are off campus, call our office at (507) 233-9100 and ask for a password reset. You will be asked to identify yourself by answering some questions.

In all cases, a temporary password will be assigned to your account which will require you to log in and change your password immediately.
