Volleyball Finshes Strong at Oshkosh

OSHKOSH, Wis. - The MLC volleyball team swept a double header at the tournament held at UW-Oshkosh, beating Ripon in four games before sweeping Concordia in three.

Emily Boldt had 15 kills in the first match of an MLC sweep at UW-Oshkosh

The Knights lost the first set against Ripon, but came back to win the next three sets for the win by the scores of 18-25, 25-16, 25-23 and 25-18.

Emily Boldt led the MLC attack with 15 kills, while Kayla Schoeneck added 14 kills.

The Knights won the match against Concordia by the scores of 25-15, 25-20 and 25-17.

With the sweep, MLC improved to 6-7 overall.

The Knights will start the conference season this week when they travel to Crown on Friday, September 23, for a 7 p.m. match.
