ST. PAUL, Minn. - MLC volleyball player Rebecca Engelbrecht was named UMAC Offensive Player of the Week for her performance last week for the Knights.
Rebecca Engelbrecht was named Offensive Player of the Week
Engelbrecht finished with the week with an average of 3.46 kills per set and hit .255 for the week, helping MLC go 2-1 in three matches. Her best match came in Saturday's four-set win over Presentation, when she finished with 19 kills.
This is the second time Engelbrecht has won the award, with the first coming back in September during after the first week of the season.
Engelbrecht and the Knights will begin the postseason with a match at St. Scholastica on Wednesday, November 3, at 7 p.m.
