MINNEAPOLIS - The women's tennis team took three of six singles matches and all three doubles matches to beat North Central 6-3 in a match Tuesday night.
Karina Luthra and the Knights beat North Central 6-3
Karina Luthra (Simpsonville, S.C./LPS), Meredith Koltz (Oconomowoc, Wis./LPS) and Tessa Hieb (Cleveland, Ohio/LPS) won singles matches for the Knights on the day.
In doubles action, the Knights swept the three matches by the scores of 8-2, 8-3 and 8-0.
With the win, MLC improved to 1-3 on the season. The Knights will return to the courts on Thursday, April 8, when they host Northwestern for a 3 p.m. match.
