ST. PAUL, Minn. - The MLC women's soccer team was predicted to finish seventh in the UMAC in the upcoming season in the preseason conference poll.

The Knights return a number of key performers from last season, and also hope that a talented class of incoming freshmen can provide a spark to surprise the rest of the conference.
St. Scholastica was picked to finish first by the conference coaches, narrowly edging out Northwestern and UM-Morris in the vote.
