Women Finish 14th at Blugold Invitational

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. - The MLC women's cross country team finished with four runners in the top 100 for a 14th place finish at the Blugold Invitational at UW-Eau Claire Friday.

The Knights finished with a total score of 425 on the day. Minnesota won the event with a total score of 30.
Robin Nommensen was the top finisher for MLC, running a time of 25:39 for a 69th place finish. Amanda Walther, Stephanie Povinelli and Carina Rahn also had top 100 finishes for the Knights.
MLC will return to the trails next week Wartburg in a meet scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday, October 9.
