ST. PAUL – MLC women’s cross country runner Emilee Koltz was named UMAC Female Cross Country Runner of the Week for her performance last weekend at Crown College.
Emilee Koltz was named UMAC Female Runner of the Week
Koltz finished a team-best fifth at the meet with a time of 26:11 on the 6k track, and was the only runner in the field that was not from St. Kate’s to finish inside the top eight at the meet. The MLC women finished third in the team competition thanks in large part to Koltz’s high finish.
The cross country team will return to the trails this weekend when they compete at St. Olaf on Saturday, September 15.
