Women Picked Third in Preseason Poll

ST. PAUL - The MLC women's basketball team finished in a third place tie in the UMAC Preseason Poll released Thursday afternoon.
Kadie Drake and the Knights were picked to finish third in the UMAC
The Knights, who finished fourth in the conference a season ago with a record of 10-15, received 31 points and received one first place vote in the poll.
UM-Morris finished first in the poll after winning the conference a season ago, finishing with 45 total points and four first place votes, while Northland finished second. Northwestern tied MLC with 31 points in third place.
