ST. PAUL, Minn. - The MLC women's basketball team was predicted to finish sixth in the UMAC in the preseason coaches poll released Wednesday afternoon.
The MLC women's basketball team was picked to finish sixth in the UMAC
MLC finished last season 10-15 overall and 6-8 in the UMAC, good for a fifth place tie in the conference.
The Knights return three starters from last season's team, including all-conference honorees Erica Babinec and Sarah Free.
Minnesota, Morris was the unanimous first place pick with all seven possible first place votes, while Northwestern and Northland rounded out the top three.
