Loescher Wins Javelin at Gustavus

ST. PETER, Minn. - MLC thrower Philip Loescher led the men's track team by winning the Javelin Throw at the Lee Krough Invitational held at Gustavus Adolphus Saturday.
Philip Loescher won the Javelin at Gustavus
Loescher won the Javelin event with a throw of 51.48 meters. The throw was more than three meters better than the second place finisher at the event.
Elsewhere, runner Noah Willitz took fifth place in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase event with a time of 11:23.1.
MLC will return to track on April 21 at UM-Morris.
