Men Win First Match at North Central

MINNEAPOLIS - The MLC men's tennis team won its first match of the season by a final of 8-1 at North Central Tuesday afternoon.
Scott Henrich and the Knights beat North Central 8-1
Scott Henrich (Milwaukee, Wis./LPS), David Zuberbier (Appleton, Wis./FVL), Paul Koester (Milwaukee, Wis./LPS), Philip Hunter (Middleton, Wis./LPS) and Andrew Becker (Jackson, Wis./KMLHS) each had straight set singles victories for the Knights.
In doubles, the Knights swept all three matches.
The the win, MLC improved to 1-2 on the season. The Knights will return to the courts on Thursday, April 8, when they host Northwestern for a 3 p.m. match.
