NEW ULM, Minn. - The MLC men's tennis team lost 9-0 to Northwestern Thursday.
Paul Koester and the Knights lost 9-0 to Northwestern
The Knights lost all six singles matches in straight sets, and the three doubles matches finished by the scores of 8-1, 8-3 and 8-4.
With the loss, MLC dropped to 1-4 on the season and 1-2 in the UMAC, while Northwestern improved to 2-9 overall and 2-0 in league play.
MLC will return to the courts on Saturday, April 9, when it hosts Minnesota, Morris for a match set to start at 1 p.m.
