Golf Finishes Fifth in Opener

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. - The MLC men's golf team took fifth place in the UMAC Preview held at Alexandria Country Club Thursday.</p>
Sam Panning and the Knights took fifth at the UMAC Preview
The Knights finished with a total of 334 for the event, putting them just two strokes shy of fourth place and seven away from second.
North Central won the event with a final score of 302.

North Central - 302
Northwestern - 327
Bethany - 330
UM-Morris - 332
MLC - 334
Presentation - 337
The Knights will return to action on Tuesday, September 6, when they play Bethany at the Mankato Country Club.
