Men Take Second at St. John's

COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. - The Martin Luther College men's cross country team took second place at the St. John's Fall Finale Friday night.

Noah Willitz paced MLC with an eighth place finish at SJU


The Knights finished the meet with 67 total points, trailing only St. John's in the team competition and scoring higher than UMAC-rivals North Central and Minnesota Morris.

Runners from SJU took home the first seven official places, but the Knights had the next two as Noah Willitz and Darian Schnose took eighth and ninth, respectively.

John Wildauer finished 15th, while Ben Birner, Luke Rosenbaum, Kenneth Reschke and Nathaniel Plocher rounded out the MLC line-up.

MLC will return to action on Saturday, November 16, at the DIII Regional event.
