Men Reach UMAC Tournament

NEW ULM, Minn. - The MLC men's basketball team finished the regular season Saturday night, but will continue playing in the UMAC tournament after finishing sixth in the conference.

MLC will play at third seeded Bethany Lutheran College at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23. The Knights lost both regular season contests against the Vikings, and will be looking to avenge last season's playoff loss at the hands of BLC.
Six teams make the UMAC tournament in basketball, with the top two seeds receiving a bye in the first round. If MLC is able to beat Bethany, it will travel to Northwestern for a second round match-up on Thursday night.
