Luke Rothe set the new MLC record for assists in a single season in Saturday's win over UMM

Holzhueter's 11 rebounds in the game gave him 680 for his career, topping the previous record of 671 held by Tom Engelbrecht (2000-04). Holzhueter finished his career as the school's all-time leader in points (1,704), field goals (671) and free throws (339), as well.

Holzhueter also became just the second player in MLC men's basketball history to score at least 500 points in a single season. He finished the 2013-14 season with 512 points, second only to Engelbrecht's 526 in the 2002-03 season.

Rothe's 11 assists in Saturday's win gave him 137 for the season, breaking the previous single season record of 131 set by Joel Heckendorf in the 1996-97 season.
